Here at 123 Bounce we have been working hard behind the scenes to bring some new and exciting products to our hire range, those that use our services on a regular basis will have noticed the new items being added to the website.

We are pleased to introduce our new Jungle Bouncy Castle as well as our new and exciting Air Juggler Game  , the air juggler is great family fun or can be used for team building or competitive games.

Our Giant Garden Games are also on the increase with recent addition of a full size Croquet Set and our super-size chess set with some pieces measuring in at just over 2 feet tall with the game been played on a 10′ x 10′ board.

A firm favourite for 2012 is the all new Glitter Tattoos which go just great with our Face Painting, with many different tattoo designs they seem as popular with the adults as well as the children.

When you pick up the phone or send an email to book a bouncy castle for your son / daughters birthday or any other event you may be thinking all bouncy castle companies are the same apart from price.

If this is you then it could be a mistake which will spoil your day, below are a couple of castles which have been / currently are on the hire circuit, whilst these are extremes of poor standards it pays to ask some questions of the hire company.

As I have said to receive a castle in such a poor state is a rare occurrence but they are out there and it is a case of buyer beware, of course you can and should refuse delivery but that doesn’t help with the imminent party you have planned.

At 123 Bounce we will try and assist where you have been let down by your castle not turning up or arriving in an unacceptable condition but during the peak season we are often fully booked. The best advice is when you first set out to book your bouncy castle ensure you are dealing with a reputable company and remember if you are happy with the service you receive tell your friends, recommendation is often the best advertisement and here at 123 Bounce we rely on that for a large proportion of our work.
