1. How do I book one of your inflatable’s
Booking can be done by telephone 07855 126035 or by email. We will be introducing an online booking system in 2013 which will operate in real time.

2. How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book anytime. However, bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

3. How much does it cost?
Our prices start from £55.00 for inflatable’s, we do not proclaim to be the cheapest, our inflatable’s are priced fairly to enable us to provide a first class reliable service to our customers. There is a hardly a weekend goes by that we don’t receive a call from somebody who has been let down having thought they had booked a bargain.
Where possible we will try and assist those unfortunate enough to have their party spoilt but this can not be at the expense of our own customers

4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, you will be informed at the time of booking if there is an additional charge where you are out of our free delivery area. You will also receive a blower, extension cable and safety crash mats, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
Generators are available at an extra cost for hire where there is no electricity supply.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays. Outdoor hires are from the 1st April until the 31st October. Outside these dates we will only hire indoors to ensure our castles remain in excellent condition.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
We generally deliver between 7.30 and 12.00 noon, collections then start at 5.30pm however we are flexible and overnight hires are available at an additional cost.

7. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Deposits are generally not required for children’s bouncy castle hire, we do charge deposits on larger bookings  and reserve the right to take deposits on any of our equipment.

We may also request an additional security deposit against damage / excess cleaning / ball collection on ballpools

8. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day. Cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. Payment can also be made via BACS to our bank account.

We are also able to process card payments with prior notice, please not all card payments are subject to a 3% charge which will be automatically added to the cost of equipment hired.

9. What if I need to cancel?
Domestic hires under £100 can cancel at anytime up to the evening before. Cancellations made when the driver arrives with the castle will be charged at 50% .  Deposits paid are non-refundable however you can use the deposit against a future booking within 3 months.

Cancellations over £100 must give at least 7 days notice or 50% of the hire charge will be payable.

10. What if it rains?
Most of our castles are fitted with raincovers however domestic hires can be cancelled without charge, organized events can be re scheduled.

11. Can you set up on concrete/driveways/gravel/decking?
It is possible for us to carry out hires on surfaces other than grass, please call us to discuss

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible. However if it is a very slight grass slope it may be ok. You will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx. 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However, this is only an estimate. Times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

14. How much space is needed?
We need a 3ft wide clear access to deliver most castles.
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and 4 feet to the rear of castle and 2 feet either side. This is to allow access and the blower at rear.

If your booking is indoors it remains your responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient height at your venue for the inflatable, the height must be measured to the lowest point including hanging light fittings etc that may interfere with the inflatable.

Please ensure that the area is clear of dog feces, washing lines, children’s toys and garden furniture and that the drivers have access with a sack truck to the where the castle will be set up.
We regret that drivers do not have time to undertake or assist in clearing the space for the inflatable as this adds time to the drop off and puts other customers deliveries at the risk of arriving late which is unfair.

15. Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle though the house?
This is only possible with the smaller castles and provided someone is available to help lifting. Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect and use large sack trucks to move them. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, we can not be held responsible for any damage to your property caused by taking the unit through your property.

16. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We will supply everything required and only require access to a 240v socket for our extension lead, the area where the bouncy castle is to be sited should be clear of all toys, furniture, washing lines etc prior to our arrival.

17. Are you insured?
We hold £5 million public liability insurance which covers our negligence and faulty equipment, it does not cover poor supervision on unless staffed by ourselves. Domestic customers may also have additional protection under their house hold insurance.

18. Do you supply safety instructions?
We provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

19. Is there an age limit for children using the castle/slide/obstacle course?
Most castles and inflatable’s are restricted to 12years and under, we do supply adult castles and other inflatable’s for all ages.

20. Do you provide supervisors for your equipment?
We are able to staff inflatable’s at an extra cost, some equipment like rodeo bulls must be staffed by ourselves and all costs quoted will always include staff.
